What I wish I knew about Hyderabad brokers before buying
Broker commissions in Hyderabad are a total rip-off unless you know exactly what to ask for. I just got possession of my 3BHK near Kokapet last month, and honestly, the whole broker thing was a big learning curve. I initially used a broker for a Salarpuria Sattva project, thinking they'd get me a better deal or special discounts. Matlab, they kept promising 'spot discounts' and 'direct builder connect' but it felt like they were just pushing whatever gave them higher commission. My budget was around ₹1.8 Cr. Turns out, jab maine directly builder sales team se baat ki, the pricing was almost the same. In fact, for things like PLC or extra parking charges, I felt I negotiated better myself. They just add a layer of complexity and their own cut, usually 1-2% of property value. Is it just my experience ya sabko aisa lagta hai? Did anyone actually get a significantly better deal through a broker for their 2BHK or 3BHK in Financial District or Narsingi?
