What I wish I knew about Noida flat negotiation

That 'final' price is never actually final, trust me. Just moved into my Kailash Nath flat in Sector Sigma 3 last month. I pushed for negotiation but only got a tiny 1-2% discount. Is that typical for Noida? Also, the 'all-in' cost felt much higher than initially quoted. Stamp duty, PLC, interiors... what else did I miss for a 3BHK around ₹90L?
