What I wish I knew about Pushpak Society's layout

Just moved into Pushpak Society last month. Possession experience was okay, but I'm wondering if actual carpet area and layout efficiency justify the 1.96 Cr price tag? Kya yeh daily living ke liye sahi hai?

Kya yeh daily living ke liye sahi hai? Feels a bit cramped for the price, especially after seeing friends' places in other areas. Thoda tension ho raha hai, lagta hai overpaid kar diya.
