₹90k rent for my 3BHK, so fed up. Sohna mein property lena chahta hoon. EMI vs rent ka math kaise calculate karoon? Dwarka Expressway ke baad prices kitne badhenge? Should I buy now?

Sohna mein property lena theek hai, but blind faith mat rakhna. Dwarka Expressway se connectivity improve hogi, no doubt, but Sohna's infrastructure still has a long way to go. Roads, schools, hospitals... sab kuch ab

Bhai, 90k rent is just insane! I'm in the same boat, fed up with throwing money away. Sohna seems like the only affordable option left near Gurgaon. EMI vs rent ka calculation toh sabse pehle karna padega. Good luck, yaar!
