Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting. We need a 3BHK for the kids, my wife's priority is a safe neighborhood near good schools, perhaps Golf Course Extension Road. I'm worried about builder-buyer agreements. They feel so one-sided. What are the absolute red clauses to watch for, especially from builders like Ambience? How do you *really* verify RERA registration for projects like Rudraa Aroma? Is just the number enough? Is RERA actually effective if a builder delays, or just on paper?
