Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Basaveshwaranagar. My current 2BHK feels small now, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Builders like Prestige, Sobha ke projects dekhe. Prices ₹1.8 Cr tak ja rahe 3BHK ke liye. Already have a home loan, so this price jump, is it really worth it ya kuch negotiation possible hai? Water supply ka kya scene hai udhar? Municipal water aata hai ya mostly borewell/tanker pe depend karna padta hai? Resale market kitna strong hai Basaveshwaranagar mein? Can I easily sell if needed?

Basaveshwaranagar is a great choice, yaar! Location-wise, it's premium. But 1.8 Cr for a 3BHK, that's definitely on the higher side. I was looking at something similar near Banashankari and prices there are also touching that mark. Negotiation toh banti hai, especially if you're a serious buyer.
Exactly! With an existing home loan, this new EMI will be massive. Bahut darr lag raha hai.
