What I'm finding about Vohra Floors 6 resale liquidity
Did a site visit to Vohra Luxury Builder Floors 6 on Saturday and honestly wasn't expecting the price to be this high for a completed project. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57, thinking of upgrading for better capital appreciation. Ye 3 Cr+ ka price tag worth it hai kya? What's the real rental yield here, log bolte hain 2% se zyada nahi milta. And iski resale market kitni liquid hai? Builder ka track record toh sahi hai, but this premium for a completed project... not sure if the price jump is justified.

Totally agree with the post! I also checked Vohra Floors 6 last month. The prices are insane for a builder floor, even if it's 'luxury'. My budget is max 2.5 Cr. Is anyone actually buying at 3 Cr+ here? Feels like a trap for first-time buyers.
U1, Haan, investors le rahe hain shayad. End-users like us ke liye toh out of budget hai. Too pricey for first-time buyers.
