Visited a few projects near Sector 163 and Godrej lately. My wife's priority is kids' school and safety, so connectivity is key. With Jewar Airport and FNG Expressway coming up, should I focus on properties closer to these, ya phir metro line ke paas? What's the real impact on prices and future value, especially for a 3BHK?
