What infrastructure projects really mean for your property value

New Chandigarh — everyone's talking about the Master Plan and PR7 Airport Road. I'm looking at a 3BHK from Omaxe there, around ₹1.5 Cr. Builder bol raha hai ki prices will shoot up after these infra projects finish. But I'm honestly not sure if it's just hype. What's the real ground reality for rental yields with all this development? Kya 3-4% ROI mil payega, ya yeh bas paper pe hai? Any actual experiences? Am I overthinking this?
