Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Gurgaon, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Currently in a 2BHK, I'm worried about construction quality affecting resale or tenant retention later. For places like Mahira Homes 88B, what common snag list items turn into huge maintenance headaches? Does poor initial finish really hit rental yields or future value?

Bhai, Mahira Homes ka track record utna accha nahi hai. Especially affordable housing mein, quality issues aate hi hain. Snag list toh chhodho, basic waterproofing aur electrical fittings mein bhi dikkat aati hai. Long term mein tenant retention aur resale dono pe farak padta hai, no doubt.
