I agree with the point about maintenance. My cousin bought in a reputed builder's project near Bannerghatta Road fringes, and after 3 years, the clubhouse is a mess, swimming pool is always closed. Maintenance charges are high but service is pathetic. Prestige City ka RERA number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/307/PR/200822/005187 hai, jo ki acha sign hai. But kya koi bata sakta hai ki construction quality Prestige ki consistently good rehti hai ya varies project to project? Especially for this massive project with 227 units.

Prestige City mein amenities package kitna hai aur kya woh included hai ya alag se pay karna padega? Yeh sab clear nahi hota pehle.
