Sattva Lake Ridge? Location toh prime hai, especially if you're working in the IT corridor. Connectivity looks good. I'm also considering it for self-use. The amenities they've shown in the brochure are pretty impressive. But haan, investor ratio ka doubt toh rehta hai.
