₹90 lakh for a 2BHK in Shubh Veda, and they boast about 24/7 security. Honestly, I'm skeptical. Everyone glorifies CCTV and guard posts, but nobody talks about how useful they *actually* are for an investor. Does good security really attract premium tenants or boost resale value? Or is it just a checklist item that adds to maintenance? Parking allocation also worries me; seems like a future headache for tenants. Change my mind.

Bhai, exactly! ₹90 lakh for a 2BHK sounds good but that security talk is just marketing. My agent also showed me Shubh Veda, but the price range was way higher. Is that ₹90 lakh even real?
Sahi keh rahe ho. I checked their RERA listing, P52100080358, and it says the project price range is ₹1.6 Cr – ₹3.3 Cr. How can a 2BHK be ₹
