Full flat power backup claims are often a myth, especially in projects like Jain Homes 1. I've seen this pattern before where builders promise 100% backup but it's really just common areas and a few points. This directly impacts tenant retention and rental yield, which is a calculated risk. What's the real situation with water supply and tank capacity there? Is it reliable, or are tankers a common sight? That affects long-term maintenance costs and tenant satisfaction, too. Anyone here with actual experience on these specifics?

Exactly my fear! Jain Homes 1 ka name sunke hi darr lagta hai. Ye power backup wala issue toh har jagah hai, especially in smaller projects. But for ₹10-12 Lakhs, are these issues even worth considering, or is it expected at this price point? I was looking at something similar in Ahinsa Khand 1, and the agent there also mentioned partial backup only, which is a big concern for families.
Haan bhai, ₹10L mein full backup expect karna mushkil
