Honestly, current market conditions mein, Noida mein ₹28 L – ₹51 L for a 2019 completed project sounds decent, but you have to factor in the builder's reputation. Even in areas like Alpha I Greater Noida, prices are holding up for good quality projects. But older Amrapali projects? Re-sale value bhi dekhna padega.

Augusta Tower ka possession date 2019-12-01 dikha raha hai, which is good if true. But kya sach mein 2019 mein possession mil gaya tha sabko? Ya phir sirf paper pe?

Amrapali ka naam sunte hi darr lagta hai yaar. Unka track record thoda shaky raha hai. Many projects delayed, quality issues bhi sunne mein aaye hain. First-time buyer ho toh thoda extra cautious rehna padega. Brochure pe toh sab accha hi dikhta hai, reality kuch aur hoti hai.
