Did a site visit to Mahira Homes 88B on Saturday. Honestly, jo brochure mein dikhate hain, woh real mein kuch aur hi hota hai. I work in real estate, but buying for myself, it's frustrating. Clubhouse pictures were grand, but actual facility looks basic. Maintenance charges bhi high bol rahe hain for these ghost amenities. Anyone else faced this?
