Visited Meenakshi High Life Towers last month, thinking it could be our perfect downsize. Kids have moved out, don't need such a big place anymore. But the sales team was really vague about ongoing maintenance charges, kept saying "it's standard." Now I'm hearing from a friend that the actual costs post-possession, including club fees and PLC adjustments, can be way higher than implied. This is frustrating, yaar. Is this common practice with builders here? What did you all actually pay for monthly maintenance at Meenakshi High Life after moving in?

Haan yaar, exactly! They show you the fancy amenities and beautiful renders, but jab bill aata hai tab asliyat pata chalti hai. My uncle faced this with a property in Adigara Kallahalli, maintenance shot up after 2 years.
