Bhai, totally agree with you on the carpet area. I checked it out last month, aur price ke hisaab se space bahut kam laga. ₹37 L se start hai, but for a 3BHK, it goes way higher, and still, the actual usable area feels compromised
Visited Nimbus The Hyde Park last Saturday. Fed up of renting, so finally taking the plunge. The 3BHK layout looked good on paper, but the carpet area felt tighter than expected for the price. Not sure if it’s just the design or common for ready-to-move projects. Also, they boast so many amenities – pool, gym. But are they actually useful daily? Log use karte hain ya bas showpiece hain? What's the real community vibe like there?
