What no one admits about Bengaluru's maintenance costs

Okay I'll say what no one says — maintenance charges in Bangalore are a rip-off. Builders quote high, but service quality? Zero. Does this actually affect resale ya tenant attraction? Change my mind.

Totally agree yaar! Main bhi wahi soch raha tha. Abhi Meenakshi High Life Towers mein interest hai, but iska maintenance charge kaafi zyada lag raha hai. Kya ye sab projects mein common hai?

Haan bhai, almost sab projects mein high maintenance common ho gaya hai, especially new ones. Meenakshi High Life Towers ka toh possession date 2027-08-01 hai, abhi bahut time hai. Aur uska price range bhi ₹1.4 Cr – ₹3.7 Cr hai
