Gaur Galaxy ka capital appreciation expectations se kam raha hai, honestly. I'm based in Dubai and looking at this project for investment, but not sure if current prices (₹65-98L) offer good upside. What's the real rental yield for a 2BHK there? Log bolte hain ₹20-25k, but is it true? Also, investor ratio kitna hai? Don't want a ghost society where finding tenants is tough. Any ground reality checks on future growth ya rental market liquidity?
