What nobody says about BLR project amenities for investors

Okay, I'll say what no one says: most project amenities in Bengaluru are just marketing fluff for investors. I'm based in Dubai and looking at NBR Soul Of The Seasons Phase 2. Yeh clubhouse, swimming pool ka kya fayda if tenants don't even use them? Does it *really* affect rental yield or resale value, ya bas EMI badh jaati hai? For us remote investors, can't do site visits. Property manager ko bhi kya pata. Maintenance charges toh high honge hi. Is it worth the premium? Change my mind.
