What nobody says about Gurgaon's 'growth' story

Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector for my upgrade. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 65, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or even a villa on Golf Course Extension. Okay, I'll say what no one says: Gurgaon ki prices abhi bhi upar jayengi ya yeh sab ek bubble hai? With Dwarka Expressway almost done, sab bolte hain growth hai, but ₹2.5 Cr+ for a 3BHK? Is it justified, yaar? Seems like it's peaked. Change my mind.
