What nobody tells empty nesters about Project A

Visited a few 2BHKs on Affordable Homes last week. Everyone glorifies Project A, but its maintenance charges are insane. We're empty nesters, just need something manageable, near a hospital. Project B seemed more sensible. Is Project A truly worth the hype for us? Change my mind.

Totally agree! Humne bhi Project A dekha tha. Maintenance charges sunke toh hosh ud gaye. Project B ke kitne hain?

Project A ke maintenance charges around ₹4.5-5 per sqft hain! Project B ke ₹2.5-3 per sqft ke aaspaas the, which is much more reasonable. Plus Project B, Ahinsa Khand II ke paas hai, so hospital access is good.
