My lease ends in 3 months and I'm finally taking the plunge to buy in Greater Noida. Rent dete dete I'm fed up, but the EMI vs rent math is still confusing. My budget is around ₹85L for a 3BHK in Sector 137 or Noida Extension. Builder options like Mahagun or Gaursons hain. I'm trying to figure out all the tax benefits beyond just 80C and 24. Are there any lesser-known deductions for first-time buyers, ya koi specific hacks for home loans? What about stamp duty, can we save anything there?
