Does anyone else think CEL Apartments ki construction quality is going to hit resale hard after a few years? Just moved in last month and already seeing minor cracks, plumbing issues. Honestly, log sirf fancy amenities dekhte hain, but asli game toh structure aur finish mein hai. Future maintenance costs will be high, and who wants to rent a flat with constant issues? Investor perspective se toh this is a big red flag for long-term ROI. Change my mind.

U1, haan yaar, ek tap se leakage hai aur bathroom drain bhi slow hai. Chhoti cheezein hain but naya flat hai, toh dikkat toh hoti hai. Builder ko bola toh 'warranty' bolke taal rahe hain.
