What's the real deal with construction quality in projects like Prestige City for investors? I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa. Is the premium justified if I'm seeing early cracks or seepage warnings? Also, how much does *actual* full flat power backup versus just common areas really influence tenant attraction and resale value? I don't want future maintenance eating into my ROI. What are your experiences?
