Been looking at properties in Rajkot for almost a year now, primarily Ansal Aastha Mig Zone. I'm based in Dubai, so site visits are tough. Is RERA actually effective there for getting compensation or ensuring project completion, or is it mostly on paper? What critical title verification steps should an NRI investor absolutely not skip?
