₹95 lakh for a 3BHK at Raheja in New Chandigarh – is this *really* the final cost? My wife aur main we're planning to upgrade for the kids' school admission, need a bigger place. Builders often quote base price, but phir stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, interiors... sab add ho jaata hai. Kitna extra margin rakhna padta hai for these hidden costs? Aur is the ₹95L negotiable at all, ya they don't budge? What's your experience?
