Amenities are a big marketing gimmick for investors, not real value. I'm fed up of renting, landlord ne rent badha diya phir se, so finally taking the plunge. EMI vs rent math ab sahi lag raha hai. But I'm looking at Altus Ecoglades for investment, not just living. My biggest concern isn't just construction quality – like those minor cracks or seepage after a year. It's things like parking allocation. Is it fair, ya lottery system mein headache milega? How does bad parking affect tenant attraction or resale value? And what about the actual snag list at possession? Does the builder fix stuff properly ya bas chalta hai? Change my mind about amenities actually driving good ROI.
