Renting is just throwing money away, I'm done with it. Finally taking the plunge to buy in Noida Extension for investment. I'm looking at Mahagun My Laagoon, but confused hoon promised amenities aur actual delivery pe. Builder jo dikhate hain, woh sach mein banate hain kya? Yaar, clubhouse aur sports facilities dikhane ke liye hote hain ya society mein actually log use karte hain? Investor perspective se, high maintenance charges ka kya fayda agar facilities ghost town jaisi hon? Kya kisi ko experience hai My Laagoon mein, maintenance charges kitne hain aur service quality kaisi hai? Especially for tenants, does a fancy but unused clubhouse justify higher rent? Matlab, long-term ROI ke liye yeh sab worth it hai kya?

Bhai, Mahagun My Laagoon ka price range (₹2.0 Cr – ₹3.2 Cr) sunke hi darr lag raha hai. Aur upar se yeh amenities ka drama. Builder toh sab dikhate hain, but actual mein kitna use hota hai?
