Okay I'll say what no one says: most of these fancy amenities in Greater Noida projects like Prateek Laurel are just fluff for investors. I'm in a 2BHK now, thinking 3BHK, but does a huge clubhouse really boost resale or attract quality tenants enough to justify the premium and high maintenance? Honestly, they feel like ghost facilities after a year. Disagree? Tell me why.
