Honestly, I'm a bit confused about the real investment potential of Ansal Aastha Mig Zone. Parents bolte hain 'property le lo, value badhegi', but Rajkot mein is project ka kya scene hai? I'm looking at a 2BHK there, price ₹29-30L. Completed project hai toh immediate rental mil sakta hai, but kitna realistic hai? Kya ₹10-12k per month expect kar sakte hain? Aur capital appreciation ka kya outlook hai long-term mein? Not sure if it's already topped out or if there's still room to grow. Also, 5-7 saal mein exit karna ho toh resale market kitna liquid hai? Will I find buyers easily, ya phir stuck ho jaunga? Any real investor experiences would be super helpful.

Current market conditions yahan thode slow hain, aur Mig Zone mein already supply kaafi hai. Rental toh mil jayega, but ₹10-12k might be pushing it unless it's fully furnished and in a prime block. Capital appreciation ka outlook long-term mein theek ho sakta hai, but short to medium term mein I doubt it'll give you massive returns. Resale market mein bhi competition kaafi hai
