Just moved into Ansal Aastha Mig Zone couple months back, possession March mein mili thi. Society overall theek hai, amenities bhi chalte hain. But I'm looking at it purely from an investment angle. Yahan ka real resale market kaisa hai, yaar? Not sure if it's liquid enough for a quick exit. Investors versus end-users ka ratio kya hai actually? Kahin ghost society toh nahi ban jayegi future mein, which would hit resale hard? Mera exit strategy important hai. Who will realistically buy a 1BHK from me after 5-7 years? Kya capital appreciation expect kar sakte hain, ya prices stagnant rahenge? Any owners who sold recently? What was your experience with buyer interest and pricing? Opinions needed!
