What nobody tells you about Ansal Aastha's green spaces
My lease ends in 4 months, eyeing a 3BHK or villa. Currently in a 2BHK, Ansal Aastha Mig Zone looks promising. What's the reality of their green areas? Are landscaped gardens maintained well long-term? Do they feel like a genuine home, or just neglected after a few years? Is the premium truly worth it?

Green spaces are a huge selling point, but my neighbour in Krishna Kunj faced a similar issue. Their builder initially maintained the park well, but after a couple of years, residents had to form a committee and pay extra for gardeners. Ansal's track record has been mixed historically. Koi check kar sakta hai ki ye UPRERAPRJ5670 ka status kya hai? Is it really completed and handed over as of 2022-06-01?
Ansal ka track record thoda shaky raha hai, especially in terms of delivery timelines and post-possession amenities. I remember a project near Krishna Kunj where they promised a full-fledged clubhouse but only delivered a basic hall. Greenery bhi initially achhi thi, but later it
Haan, UPRERAPRJ5670 is indeed for Ansal Aastha Mig Zone, and its status is 'Completed'. Possession date was 2022-06-01. So, on paper, it's all clear. But on-ground reality can be different, as you said.
Maine toh ek friend ke through Ansal Aastha ka site visit kiya tha, gardens toh kaafi achhe dikh rahe the! Bahut peace feel hua wahan.
Honestly, most builders promise the moon with green spaces but ek saal baad sab sookh jaata hai. Ansal Aastha ka RERA number UPRERAPRJ5670 toh hai, but that just means it's registered. Long-term maintenance is a different beast altogether. Don't fall for the initial show, especially if you're a first-time buyer like me.
Bhai, maintenance costs initially low rakhte hain, but baad mein hike karte hain kya? Any idea about Ansal Aastha's history with that?
Actually, I visited Ansal Aastha last month. The possession date was June 2022, so it's been a while. The green spaces looked quite decent, not neglected at all. Maybe they've improved their maintenance game now that it's completed.
Exactly! Mera ek cousin bhi ek project mein phans gaya tha jahan green areas ki badi-badi baatein ki thi. Ab woh khud hi paani daalte hain plants ko. Builders sirf sale tak ka sochte hain, not post-possession.

I'm a first-time buyer, so a bit nervous about this big step.
