Ansal Aastha Mig Zone Rajkot mein possession ka experience kaisa raha logon ka? I'm looking at a 3BHK wahan, near 150 Feet Ring Road, budget around ₹70L. From my experience, builders often have last-minute surprises, especially around handover. Matlab, finishing issues ya unplanned charges. What's the real scene with Ansal API? Do they hand over projects smoothly, ya fir bahut headache hota hai? Existing residents ka word-of-mouth reputation kya hai for maintenance and all?

Bhai, Ansal API ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. Puraani company hai (1967 se hai in fact, HQ Delhi mein hai), but inka track record recent years mein utna accha nahi raha hai. Rajkot mein bhi suna hai delays bahut hain. ₹70L for a 3BHK sounds okay near 150 Feet Ring Road, but if handover is a nightmare, it's not worth it.
Totally agree with the delays point. Ansal API has a history of over-promising and under-delivering on timelines. My cousin had issues with a commercial project of theirs way back in 2010, and it still haunts him. So for a residential 3B
Sahi keh rahe ho. Mere ek relative ne bhi Ansal ke project mein invest kiya tha NCR mein, aur unko bhi bahut run-around mila tha possession ke liye. Rajkot mein bhi same haal hai lagta hai.
