I'll be honest, navigating the rental scene in Gurugram feels like a full-time job right now. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 53, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. I'm considering renting out my current place to help with the new EMI, but I'm not sure if the rental yield is even worth the hassle. What real numbers are people seeing for 2BHKs? Also, the broker charges for finding tenants... are there genuine ways to avoid them? Or do they just gatekeep every good listing?

Totally relate! Gurugram mein rental market toh circus ban gaya hai. Brokers ka toh alag hi scene hai, bhai. Sahi keh rahe ho, hassle bahut hai.
