What nobody tells you about BTM Layout's infra impact

Okay I'll say what no one says about BTM Layout's infrastructure upgrades. Sab bolte hain metro/road se value badhi hai, but I think it's mostly specific pockets. Like BTM 2nd stage, prices are crazy. But some parts, connectivity improvements ke baad bhi, still feel stuck. Kya sirf main hi yeh feel kar raha hoon? Lagta hai hype zyada hai, real benefit kam. Change my mind.
