Possession was in March, and I'm still reeling from the shock. Builder ne itne hidden charges laga diye, meri toh budget hil gayi puri. Bargainer Homes Ultra Luxury Floor mein flat liya tha, socha tha sab clear hai. But at the time of possession, suddenly they added so much for PLC, IDC, aur ek 'contingency fund' type ka. I mean, ye sab pehle kahan tha? Army Welfare Housing Organisation ke Sujjan Vihar mein bhi aisa hota hai kya? My neighbor at Bargainer Homes said unko bhi same issue hua tha. Customer support toh jaise gaayab hi ho gaya after final payment. Phone hi nahi uthate. Anyone else faced this with these builders? Kya kiya tum logon ne? Itna paisa extra dena pada, it's just not fair yaar.

Yaar, totally relate. Mera bhi budget hil gaya tha jab handover pe maintenance charges aur other hidden costs bataaye. Makers Realty ke project mein bhi aisa hi hua tha. Itna tension hota hai na pehli baar ghar lete hue.
