What nobody tells you about builder delays and resale

Two years into this Raheja Winterwoods investment, and I'm honestly fed up. The possession timeline keeps shifting, and it's killing my projected ROI. My EMI vs rent math is all off now. Is anyone else facing similar delays with them? How's the resale market looking for this project if I need to exit early?

Yaar, same pinch! Raheja Winterwoods mein mera bhi yahi haal hai. Timeline toh bas paper pe hai, reality mein kuch aur hi chal raha hai. Yeh EMI ka bojh alag se, upar se rent. Totally feel your pain.

Haan bhai, bilkul sahi kaha. Agent ne toh bola tha 2 saal mein possession, ab 3 ho gaye. Kya karein samajh nahi aa raha.
