Honestly, I'm so fed up of renting. My landlord just hiked rent again in Sector 137, and the EMI vs rent math is finally making sense for a 2BHK around ₹70-80L. Everyone talks about project delays, but nobody talks about the builder's financial health. I'm looking at places like 3C Lotus Boulevard Espacia. How do you guys actually check if a builder like 3C Company won't go bankrupt mid-project? And what about customer support post-booking? I hear they're notorious for going silent. Change my mind.
