Did a site visit to Sattva Lake Ridge on Saturday and honestly wasn't expecting this. Been renting for ages, finally taking the plunge. Fed up with landlord hikes. Looking at investment properties now. At Sattva Lake Ridge, I tried checking under-construction quality – what exactly should one look for beyond finishes? Also, does full flat power backup and reliable elevators really justify a premium for tenants or resale, or is it just marketing fluff? Worried about long-term ROI. Hope this helps someone.
