Bohot projects mein bas upar se theek lagta hai, but chhote chhote cracks ya seepage issues baad mein headache dete hain. Snag list ke time pe bhi, builders try to rush. I'm thinking of hiring a professional snagging agency. Is it worth the extra cost? Ya khud se bhi ho sakta hai if we know what to look for?
