Been looking for 6 months now, and Delhi mein property prices kaafi high lag rahe hain. Metro extensions aur naye expressways ka kya asar hua hai? I'm trying to figure out if it's still worth investing, especially around South Delhi. Has anyone noticed specific pockets ya sectors jo zyada appreciate kiye hain due to better connectivity? My budget is tight, so I don't want to overpay. Should I wait, or is this the new normal? Honestly, not sure.
