Dwarka Expressway ka hype bohot hai, but honestly, it's not the magic bullet everyone claims. I moved into Sector 109 last month, thinking prices would shoot up post-completion. But abhi tak, the ground reality is different. Traffic toh ab bhi hai, aur connectivity bhi utni seamless nahi lagti jitni advertise karte hain. Log bolte hain capital appreciation milega, but kitna aur kab tak? Mujhe toh lagta hai already factored in ho gaya hai. Yaar, tell me if I'm wrong.
