Already have a home loan for my 2BHK, but for the upgrade to a 3BHK, I'm checking out projects like Gokhale Tejalkunj No 2. Builders ka brochure dekh ke lagta hai sab sahi hai, but real-world elevator quality aur unka maintenance response time kaisa hota hai? Also, power backup kitna effective hai? Sirf common areas ya full flat? As an investor, yeh chhoti cheezein later on resale value aur tenant attraction pe kitna impact karti hain? Kya inka premium price justified hai?

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! Builders promise the world in brochures. I'm also looking for a 3BHK near Sinhagad Road and these hidden costs/issues are my biggest fear. Gokhale Tejalkunj No 2 ka price ₹3 Cr sunke hi darr lagta hai, upar se yeh maintenance ka headache. Kya yeh sab baad mein headache nahi ban jaata?
