Floor-rise premium and PLC are total money grabs, yaar. I'm in real estate, but buying for myself in Tellapur, I'm seeing this first-hand. Salarpuria Sattva mein bhi they charge so much extra for higher floors. Matlab, is it even worth it for ROI? I know builder margins, but this feels excessive. Should I just target a lower floor for better value, ya phir secondary market mein better deals milte hain? What's your experience with negotiating these premiums in Gachibowli or Kokapet projects?

Yaar, so true! I'm also looking in Tellapur and the floor rise is insane. For a 10th floor, they're asking 5-6 lakhs extra, sometimes even more for specific views. Feels like a total rip-off for just a better view, especially when you consider the maintenance charges also go up slightly for higher floors. I'm genuinely wondering if this premium ever gets recovered during resale or if it's just dead money.
