Okay, I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. I'm looking at a 2BHK in Sector 67, maybe Ashiana Housing, and ab samajh nahi aa raha. Ye floor-rise premium ka kya scene hai? Is it worth paying extra for a higher floor, ya just a builder trick? My budget is around ₹1.8 Cr, so every lakh matters. Aur builders jo bank-funded projects bolte hain, uska matlab kya hai for us buyers? Does it make payment terms better or something? Any experiences, especially around Dwarka Expressway projects?

Bhai, you're not alone! Main bhi Dwarka Expressway pe dekh raha tha aur yahi floor-rise premium ka chakkar samajh nahi aa raha. My broker said higher floors have better views and less noise, but is it worth ₹5-10 lakh extra? Mera budget bhi ₹1.8 Cr ke aas paas hi hai, so every penny counts.
