My search started last year for an investment 3BHK, mostly eyeing Dwarka Expressway and Sector 70A. Finally settled on Rishika Green Global in Sector 70A, got possession in March. We jumped on a pre-launch deal, thinking early-bird offers would save us. Also paid a hefty floor-rise premium for a higher floor. Now I'm wondering, was that premium really worth it? Yaar, pre-launch mein price thoda better mila, but builder ne PLC aur FRG mein kaafi charge kiya. Is this common? What's your experience with floor-rise premiums in Gurgaon? Is it just a way to inflate the final price?
