Did a site visit to Wave Veridia last weekend. Honestly, sab log amenities ki baat karte hain, but koi nahi batata ki woh actually use kitni hoti hain. Clubhouse itna grand dikhaate hain, but kya woh sirf showpiece hai? My wife thinks kids ke liye sports facilities are important, par agar maintenance hi nahi hai toh kya fayda? Okay, I'll say what no one says: most project clubhouses end up being ghost facilities. Change my mind.
