Ghaziabad mein property dekh raha hoon, fed up of renting. Mittal Rajnagar Residency (high-end) aur Jain Homes 02 (budget) short-listed hain. Dono ready hain. Builder track record, society RWA, rental potential kis mein better hai? Advise please.
